infoTECH supports all hospital departments in cost effective and efficient technology solutions.The team provides internal support for technological equipment, network security and connectivity, software application development and support, data management and user training. Considered as the back-end of all the transactions within the hospital premises, the I.T. Department caters all the computer-generated services that need immediate action in order to have a smooth operation. This is the department where all transactions being entered in and out of the hospital passes: be it in the medical side or simply the ordinary office transactions like accounting, billing, cashiering, credit and collection, stock acquisition and distribution, HMO's, patient services, admission, and Human Resources, among others. All of these data are directed to I.T.D., which is in turn processed smoothly with the implementation of the Hospital Information System (HIS), based on Client - Server Platform. Whenever there is a need for modifications, updates, and new entries, the department is notified first. The I.T.D. is also responsible for the computer hardware monitoring and maintenance of every department of the hospital.
